Ritwik Finance began with one powerful purpose – to help Rajasthan’s MSMEs dream bigger, move forward and grow stronger.

Incorporated in 1987, the company began its Rajasthan lending journey in 2010 from its first office at Ahimsa Circle, Jaipur. Over the years, Ritwik moved closer to the everyday financial needs of Rajasthan – entering retail finance in 2018, opening its first four retail branches in 2019 and expanding into more markets from 2021 onwards.

Today, Ritwik serves entrepreneurs, traders, shopkeepers and growing businesses through an expanding physical and spoke network across Rajasthan.

We believe a financial institution earns trust in many directions – from the customer who borrows, the investor who backs its growth, the professional who chooses to build a career here, and the ecosystem that expects responsible lending.

Dr. Sachin Acharya is a Senior Advocate with over 25 years of legal experience before the Supreme Court of India, Rajasthan High Court and courts across the country. His extensive work across constitutional, civil, commercial and arbitration matters brings valuable legal perspective and independent judgement to the Board. A Member of the Bar Council of Rajasthan, he is also actively involved in its digitisation initiatives. His longstanding commitment to public interest, professional ethics and social causes further strengthens his contribution to responsible governance.

Dr. Runa Karnawat brings together people strategy, organisational culture and behavioural insight to strengthen Ritwik Finance from within. An accomplished graphologist, she has a refined ability to understand human behaviour, personality and individual strengths more closely. Her contribution lies in building capable teams, stronger leaders and a people culture that supports Ritwik Finance's responsible and sustained growth.
